Who We Are
A National Initiative for Inclusive and Resilient Digital Transformation
The Sierra Leone Digital Transformation Project (SLDTP) is a flagship initiative of the Government of Sierra Leone, funded through a US$50 million grant from the World Bank’s International Development Association (IDA). The project is designed to catalyze Sierra Leone’s digital economy by expanding access to broadband internet, enhancing digital skills, and strengthening government capacity to deliver public services digitally.
