The Sierra Leone Digital Transformation Project (SLDTP) is managed by a dedicated Project Coordination Unit (PCU) within the Ministry of Communication, Technology and Innovation (MoCTI). This team ensures that the project is delivered efficiently, transparently, and in full alignment with its objectives to drive inclusive and resilient digital transformation across the country.

The PCU oversees the smooth delivery of the SLDTP, managing day-to-day implementation, coordinating with government ministries, agencies, and development partners, ensuring compliance with World Bank and national regulations, monitoring progress toward project goals, and promoting the visibility and impact of the project’s activities.
